The Wilburns & Tribute Quartet
Jackie
and Elaine Wilburn have maintained a
full-time, nationally-known Southern
Gospel quartet that has traveled from
coast to coast and Canada for 35 years.
They have received many top awards for
their music and have blessed many
audiences by their powerful ministry.
There is a long list of young people who
have gained recognition by getting their
start in Gospel music with The Wilburns.
One of those is their own son, Jonathan,
who is the lead singer for Gold City
Quartet!
Jackie says, “It’s time for The Wilburns
to change directions again.” Jackie and
Elaine are once again serving the Lord
with an emphasis on Gospel preaching and
singing as a duet.
The
Tribute Quartet is quickly establishing
themselves as a premier musical entity
in the Gospel arena. Often humorous and
always upbeat, their message and music
will leave you refreshed and uplifted.
Lead vocalist, Gary Casto, brings over
twenty years of experience in Southern
Gospel Music. Gary’s most noted position
among Southern Gospel groups was that of
tenor vocalist with the Wilburns.
John Singletary, baritone, is a
classically-trained pianist. Like Gary,
Josh came to national prominence when he
was with The Wilburns, serving as their
pianist.
Jacob Kitson is the tenor. Prior to
joining the group, Jacob traveled with
his family, the Kitsons. Jacob truly has
a heart for reaching souls, and his love
for God, people, and Gospel music is
displayed each time he steps on stage.
The rich bass tones of Dennis Dugger
complete the quartet sound. Those who
meet Dennis are immediately impressed by
his sincerity and compassion for others.
