Buffet
For your conference or retreat,
the Oaks Dining Hall serves
three main meals a day, offering
our guests a variety of hot and
cold items to satisfy everyone's
appetite.
Breakfast buffet meals usually include home-baked
goodies, an egg dish, meat, both hot and cold cereals, fruit, and a beverage center
offering fresh cold juices and milk as well as hot coffee & teas. Other
options are available; make special arrangements at the time of your booking. Our food service
offers all-you-can-eat buffet meals with self-service beverage stations and soup
& salad bar (priced with Group Retreat Packages).
Our chefs will carefully select lunch and dinner menus for the
type of group we have. Menus take into consideration the
balance of children, youth, and adult groups scheduled at the time, so that menu
choices will meet the needs of everyone. At each meal there is at least
one meat
item, several side dishes, a fruit and vegetable salad bar, a
dessert item, and an extensive beverage center (juices, coffee, tea, and soda)
Groups can
make a menu request to the Cedar
Lake chefs, who will take into
consideration other contracted
groups and will prepare
a delicious assortment.
Snack service and meeting room
coffee services, as well as
fruit and finger food trays are
available for purchase to compliment your
group event.
