Heather Bontrager

Heather is our Food Service Director. She comes to us with many years of experience as a Sous Chef working in country clubs, hospitals & restaurants. She has a four-year degree in dietetics, a culinary certification and she loves to cook things from scratch! Heather is originally from Elkhart, IN.
