Day Camps

Whether it’s one week or all summer – we want your camper to spend the summer with us! We pack a lot into a day for our Day Campers: We start with a chapel session taught by an age appropriate speaker, then go to various camp activities for the rest of the morning. Of course, we have lunch served by our amazing kitchen staff, and then off to swim time where campers can cool off in the water and even ride the tube. After swim time, campers can buy a sweet treat at our Kandy Kabin and play in the Rec Room.
All of this is led by our well-trained staff who desire to show your camper(s) what it means to be a follower of Jesus. Campers may be tired when they leave, but they can’t wait to come back again the next day for more fun!

Arrival & Departure

Arrival: Check-In is on Monday Morning starting at 8:30am.
  • Be prepared to pay the final balance if you have not paid in full.
  • Bring your camper’s regular or emergency use prescription medication in its original container. You will give this to the camp nurse for the week. See “Packing List” below for detailed information.
  • After you check in, you will be directed to your camper’s section to meet their counselor for the week!
  • Every other day of check-in will be like a school drop off line – just join the line, pull up to the drop off zone and we’ll mark your kids down. If there is anything you need to discuss, please pull to the side after dropping your camper off and find a Lead Staff!
  • Please send your camper with their swimsuit on. This helps our counselors when everyone changes for swim time!
  • Every day, Pick-Up begins at 4:45pm. Similar to drop off, you will join the line to pick up your campers.
  • Remember to bring your ID – we’ll always check that with our approved list!
  • On Friday, parents are welcome to join us at 4:30 for our closing ceremony with a review of what we talked about in chapel during the week and a short recap video.
      • If you are not attending the closing ceremony, you will still need to come to the tent to sign out your camper and pick up any medication that you brought.

To avoid damage to valuable items and to help limit distractions while focusing on the purpose of your time here, Cedar Lake Ministries asks that campers leave the following items at home.
