On Saturday, January 19, 2019 at 2:00 pm Cedar Lake Ministries is once again having a Polar Plunge fundraising event that will challenge many brave souls to jump into the icy shores of Cedar Lake to help support this ministry.

This exciting event will be a spectacle like no other with three ways that you can be involved:

  1. Be a plunger: Raise support and win a prize for most funds raised, wear a costume to win a traveling trophy, and take the plunge. Sign up by sending me an email at estherm@cedarlakeministries.org.
  2. Be a spectator: Bring the whole family on Saturday, January 19, 2019, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., for an afternoon filled with fun. Activities include the Black Hole Slide, an award ceremony for best costume and highest fundraiser, dessert, and viewing the polar plungers freeze their fur off in the icy cold waters of Cedar Lake!
  3. Be a supporter: We have a $8,500 fundraising goal for this event, and we need your help. You can support our plungers by giving today! With Giving Tuesday right around the corner, will you help us reach our goal of $8,500 by making a donation to Cedar Lake Ministries on behalf of these warm-hearted people who are willing to take the 2019 Polar Plunge?

Thank you for considering Cedar Lake Ministries this Giving Tuesday. Any gift amount would be appreciated. It all goes to a wonderful eternal cause, and every little bit gets us that much closer to this goal.

Your gift to Cedar Lake Ministries will have an eternal impact on the lives of children, youth, and adults as we provide evangelism and spiritual growth opportunities in this life-changing environment.

We hope you will join us for this exciting event! In the meantime, think warm thoughts for the plungers as Saturday, January 19, 2019 approaches. I’m sure they will do their best to make all of the Polar Plunge supporters proud!

Thank you for your support!
