Program Assistants –
Assist in providing an environment for kids to be impacted by Jesus through collaboration with other team members by maintaining the schedule and implementing summer camp programming. This is a role that requires strong servant leadership skills, a desire to support and encourage Team Leaders, and the accountability of summer staff in dorms. Must be positive role models. Program staff must have previous camp or related experience. Age 21 or older is preferred.
Responsible for ensuring sound for all sessions, working with speakers and worship leaders on any slide presentations, mics, tv’s – ensuring any and all equipment ready for sessions. Responsible for playing CLM provided soundtrack prior to the session beginning. Capture video and photos of camper’s daily activities, including but not limited to small groups, sessions, waterfront, dining hall, specialty camp, etc. Weekly video prepared to be played during the closing session every week. Soundtrack must be approved by Program Staff. Prefer college student in media/marketing major ages 18-23.
Responsible to work under the supervision of Program Assistants. Come alongside Program staff to assist in the implementation of daily schedule, games and activities. Assist Camp Counselors as assigned by Program Assistants. Will serve daily as Aquatic Observers at the waterfront. This is a leadership preparation role that will work closely with the Program Assistants and will fulfill duties as assigned. This position is for high school students interested in eventually being a Camp Counselor or Program Assistant. Ages 16-18
Responsible to work under the supervision of the Program Coordinator. Oversee the sales and organization of the Kandy Kabin. Will be responsible for keeping the Kandy Kabin clean at all times, ensuring a fun, safe place for campers, Camp Counselors and guests. Must be willing to engage in conversation with campers and guests, serving with a friendly attitude. Ensure inventory is taken in a timely manner and provide purchase list to Program Coordinator by the due date. Music played through sound system will be provided by leadership. Ages 16-18.
Primary responsibility is the care and supervision of campers during each week of camp, in our Day Camp and/or Overnight Camp. Serve as facilitator of small groups, games and activities, have meaningful conversations with campers while showing responsibility for creating a safe, positive, fun camp environment in our Day Camp and Overnight Camp sessions. Must be 18 years old with one year of college completed.
Current RN student or current CNA who will provide for camper’s basic needs by overseeing the collection, storage and distribution of camper medication. Prepared to care for minor injuries and equipped to handle major emergencies. CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Age 20 or older is preferred.
